The Greater Eugene Chorus is Lane County's only Sweet Adelines chorus, composed of outgoing and welcoming women of all ages who have two things in common: we love to sing and we love to perform.   We present delightfully entertaining performances with distinctive four-part a capella harmony known as "barbershop". We produce and perform regular shows and participate in the Sweet Adelines Region 24 Competition each spring.  In previous Regional Competitions, we have twice won first place medals as well as many second and third place medals, several first place Small Chorus awards, and a number of Most Improved Chorus awards. Join us to sing!  We also welcome you to come to just listen, and guests are always welcome at our weekly rehearsals.
